D.f. - Discount Factor calculator aims to take the hassle out of using paper based discount factor and annuity tables by providing a simple to use interface that allows the user to find out 3 calculations:

1 - Discount factor
2 - Annuity Factor
3 - Delayed annuity factor (i.e. inflow for 30 years starting in year 2)
